Use of this website
Content on this site is provided for general information. Concept projects and interface mockups are labeled as such and do not represent client engagements or verified results.
Project engagements
Services are delivered under a separate engagement agreement that defines scope, deliverables, timeline, responsibilities, and fees. Prices published on this site are starting points, not fixed quotes.
Payments and milestones
Projects are typically billed across milestones: 25% deposit, 25% at design approval, 25% at development milestone, and 25% at launch. Recurring services are billed monthly in advance.
Late payment may pause active work until the account is current.
Refunds and cancellation
Deposits reserve capacity and are generally non-refundable once work begins. Recurring services may be cancelled with notice as specified in your agreement. Specific refund terms are defined per engagement.
Intellectual property
On full payment, you own the final deliverables produced for your project. We retain rights to underlying tools, frameworks, and general know-how, and may reference the work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise.
Performance and results
We do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic levels, conversion rates, or revenue outcomes. We commit to the scope of work and to transparent reporting.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from services is limited to the fees paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim.
